0. Warmup for 10 min
A. Strength

Every 2 minutes, for 24 minutes (4 sets):
Station 1 – Backsquats x 5-6 reps (go heavy)
Station 2 – 2x 40 sec one sided KB Frontrack March (24/16, change sides directly after 40 sec)
Station 3 – 3 reps per side of Turkish Get Up

B0.  work 7min on clean technique and increase weight to workout weight

B. Conditioning (14min)

6 min AMRAP
10 strict K2E/ T2B for advanced athletes
4 wallclimbs

2min rest

6 min AMRAP
20 squat cleans (60/42,5)
20 squat cleans (80/55)
20 squat cleans (100/70)
