Back Squat
TEST – 30min to find our 1RM – prep

2×8
2×6
2×4
then find your 1RM (SAFETY before EGO!!!!!)

B. Conditioning
WOD: „engine“ WORK 3rds with a 2min BREAK inbetween
10x Wallballs
10x Burpees
10x Push Presses (50/30)
10x Burpees
10x Wallballs
