A. Strength
4 sets of:
a. Romanian Deadlift x 8-10 reps ( start from rack and not from ground,
perform with perfect arch in lumbar spine)
rest 30 sec
b. seated KB Press alternating 8 per side

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 20min:
1 Deadlift (140/90)
10 Toes to Bar
15 Burpees over Bar
