10min OTM – 5x Burpees/ 5x Jump Squats/ 5x Push Ups

B. Conditioning
Double Helen
3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters (1 Big round + 1small)
42 kettlebell swings
24 pull-ups (if you can not perform 10 unbroken scale down to ring rows, or isometric holds)
