A. Strength

for 4 sets

Frontsquats x 6-8 reps

inbetween sets

L/R 20 meter KB bottom Up Carry between sets 2x20meter

B. Conditioning

for 12 min
Buyin: Run 800 Meters
immediately followed by AMRAP:
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats

rest 3 min

for 12 min
Buyin Run 800 Meters:

10 Dumbbell Thrusters
20 V-Ups
