Station 2 – 25 meter Walking Lunges with KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (heavy)
Station 3 – 20/15 Calories of Assault Bike (or 300 Meter Run)

C. Acessory
for rest of time
DB Hammer Curls x submax reps each set of DBs
*Between each set complete 15 DB Rolling Triceps Extensions
