Kettlebell Windmills x 6-8 reps each arm
Rest 30seconds Russian
Step-Ups x 10 reps each leg
Rest 30 seconds

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Burpee Box JumpOvers
10-T2B
