Station 1 – Posted Single-Leg Deadlifts x 8-10 reps (Left Leg)
Station 2 – Posted Single-Leg Deadlifts x 8-10 reps (Right Leg)
Station 3 – Barbell Glute Bridges x 6-8 reps
Station 4 – Reverse Snow Angels @ the wall x 20 reps (slow and controlled)

B. Conditioning (00:40-00:52)
AMRAP 12 minutes
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings
20 Push-Ups
10 Toes to Bar or Hanging Leg Raises

C. Acessory Banded Facepull-aparts: 5 Minutes of Max Reps. Rest as little as possible. *Every time you stop complete 10 second hollow hold
