Db distracted Side Plank x 45 seconds each side

3 rounds for time of:
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
20 Jumping Lunges

C. Accessory

Single Arm Farmer Carry: Max 30meter Trips in 5 Minutes. Alternate sides. Go as AHAP.
