A. Skill
Every 90 sec, for 13,5 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – Death March x 20 reps
Station 2 – Turkish Get-Ups x 6 reps (3 each side)
Station 3 – Side Plank x 45 seconds each side

B. Conditioning
In teams of two, alternating movements throughout, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
25 Air Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
15 Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpees
5 Strict Pull-Ups

partner A performs 25 Airsquats, when A finishes B performs 20 mountainclimbers, etc..
