A. Strength
4 sets of:
Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps

Bat Wings x 6 reps (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1K1L72HeeKI)
(hold KBs/DBs in the top position for 5 full second each rep)

Plank Hold x 30-45 seconds

B. Conditioning
3 rounds for time of:
20 Single-Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
20 Jumping Lunges
10 Strict Pull-Ups

C. Acessory
Single Leg Glute Bridge: 3 x 15 ea. No rest – perform all work on left leg then right leg alternating until all sets are complete.
