Warmup:
Teams of 2:
a) Rowing until b) finished the following..
b) 10 Active Hang Pulls, 15 WB Shots, 20 Squats (w. pecstick) and finishing with 2l bearcrawl/duck/gorilla walk

Strength:
Weighted C2B + Zercher Squats
Alternating for 6 Rounds:
A) 5 Strict (Weighted) C2B
rest 1 min then..
B) 8-10 Zercher Squats
rest 1-2 min before starting next round.

2 min rest, preparing for the following DB Complex:

3 rounds of:
3 Längen DB OH Walking Lunge (left arm)
10 Single DB Stiff-Legged DL (left arm)
3 Längen DB OH Walking Lunge (right arm)
10 Single DB Stiff-Legged DL (right arm)
21 Weighted Sit-Ups
Rest 2:00 between sets.

Conditioning: AMRAP 20 min
3 sm rounds run
30 pushups on DBs
30 renegade rows
30 devil presses
