20 Walking Lunges
20 Hollow Rocks
20 Scorpions (total)
20 X-Band Walks Left
20 X-Band Walks Right
20 Banded Goodmornings

B. Conditioning (00:15-00:50)
3x 10 min Stations with 5 athletes per station

a,
10 min of:
Sled Push & Sled pull for 60 meters each with 60 sec of rest

b,
10 min of:
Front Rack Carry for 30 meters with 60 sec of rest

c,
10 min of:
Row / Bike / Ski in 2 min intervals @ 80 % of your all out effort

C. Acessory
100 Reps each of:
– Single Leg Banded Hamstring Curls
– Banded Facepull-aparts
