0. Warm-Up.

EMOM 12:
Minute 1 – Coaches Choice
Minute 2 – Row x 30 seconds
Minute 3 – Coaches Choice
Minute 4 – Burpee Broad Jumps x 5 reps

Then…

warmup with barbell complex:
5 DL
5 HPCs
5 S2OH

In teams of 2, partners will alternate complete rounds, AMRAP 30 minutes of:
15 Calories of Rowing / biking
12 Deadlifts (70/47.5kg)
9 Hang Power Cleans (70/47.5kg)
6 Shoulder to Overhead (70/47.5kg)

You don’t have to perform this with a partner. If you don’t have a partner, simply use a 1:1 work:rest ratio.
