A. Strength
Back Rack Lungees to Back Squat
BRL *Set 1 – 3/3 reps @ 65-70%
BRL *Set 2 – 2/2 reps @ 75-80%
BRL *Set 3 – 1/1 rep @ 85-90%
BS *Set 4 – 8 reps @ 75%
BS *Set 5 – 8 reps @ 75%
BS *Set 6 – 8 rep @ 75%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

B. Conditioning
Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets) for times:
20/15 Calories of Assault Bike / Row
15 Bar-Facing Burpees
12 Front Squats (60/42,5)
9 Strict Pull-Ups
6 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
