A. Strength (00:15-00:35)

Barbell Glute Bridge: 5 x 5
– Take 3 sets to build to work weight
– Perform all 5 sets with one weight (the work weight should be established after 3 sets
– Hold the top of movement squeeze each rep for 1sec

B0. Prep for Conditioning

Power Clean + Thruster: 3 x 2 + 2, build to desired Metcon weight

B. Conditioning (00:40-00:55)

For time:
40 Power Cleans (52,5, 35)
30 Thrusters (52,5, 35)

C. Accessory

Banded Pallof Press (heavy band): 4 x 8 each side
