– Beginner: Moderate set of 5 with perfect technique.

B. Conditioning (00:35-00:55)

5 Rounds of:
40 meter Sled push (moderate weight).

Rest 60sec

Then
4 Rounds of:
30 Air Squats
15 Heavy Russian Swings (32, 24) (heavy & unbroken!)

Rest 60s

Then,
3 Rounds of 30s on/30s off:
weighted plank

C. Acessory

Single Leg Banded Hamstring Curls: 3 x 50 each leg Rest 30s.
