every 60-90s

intent: reset each rep, go for speed and perfect movement pattern

B. Conditioning

For time:
21-15-9
Thrusters (42,5, 30)
Burpee Box Jumps (24, 20)

Intent: thrusters should be light and 21 reps should be unbroken,
timecap 8 min

C. Core

Sideplank with Dumbbell distraction (as heavy as possible) 45 sec per side
