8 Russian Swings Left
8 Russian Swings Right
8 Goblet Squats
8 1-Arm KB Rows each side

partner B:
2 Wallclimbs to Wallfacing HS hold as long as A is working

00:20- 00:30
max distance double KB Front Rack Carry (32/24) in IGYGU style

00:30-00:40
easy bike or rowing or skiing recovery
