Round 3: 2-4(Ring )Muscle-ups/strict ring pull ups 6 Deadlifts
Round 4: 2-4(Ring )Muscle-ups/strict ring pull ups, 4 Deadlifts
Round 5: 2-4(ring)Muscle-ups/strict ring pull ups, 2 Deadlifts

Increase the weight of the deadlifts every round

B. Conditioning (00:40-00:60)

On the 4:00 x 5 Rounds:
5 Devil Presses (22,5/35’s)
10 Over-and-Back Hops Over Dumbbells
