STRENGTH:

Deadlift work up to 70% of your 1RM within 10min

– then 5min work on DEADLIFT Hold up to 5sec then slowly descend

(DO NOT DROP)

WOD: 16min AMRAP of

10x DBL KB Swings (Heavy)/

10x Wallballs

– OT2min 5x Deadlifts (50% of 1RM)/5x Burpee over Bar
